Tests, analyzes, and selects materials for packaging based on durability and cost effectiveness.\nEssential Job Functions\nThe following duties are normal for this position. The incumbent may perform some or all of these duties however; it is not an exclusive or all- inclusive list. Other duties may be assigned.\nDevelop creative concept renderings of both permanent and temporary displays\nProvide guidance for graphic designers\nWork directly with vendors and customers as required for display projects\nDesign and build Structural Display concepts using Artios CAD / Solidworks\nModify display components and generate Specification Packages using Artios CAD / Solidworks\nCreate display assembly instructions and renderings using Solidworks\nDisplay assembly and loading of client product into displays\nBuild and organize Product library of images to be used for rendering purposes\nOperate Kongsberg Cutting Table for sample making of Corrugated Display Components\nSupervise the execution of ship tests\nEnsures and supports to make sure Food safety, Quality, HACCP and GMP is always followed\nEducation & Experience\nTechnical degree required, bachelor’s degree preferred\nProficient in the use of current design software (i.e. Artios, SOLIDWORKS, Adobe Illustrator, etc.)\nMust have corrugate box, display or print experience\nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities\nKnowledge of the existing and planned approaches and methods for manufacturing products or product components\nKnowledge of methodologies, tools and techniques for designing, building and managing the manufacture of new products\nKnowledge of the methodology and associated phases, activities and deliverables for the design of new products and the enhancement of existing products; ability to apply the methodology in diverse scenarios\nKnowledge of the methodology and associated phases, activities and deliverables for manufacturing new or enhancing existing products\nAbility to design, plan and execute testing strategies and tactics to ensure product quality\nPhysical Requirements & Work Environment\nPrimarily works in an office environment with occasional time spent in a production and/or warehouse setting\nPosition may be based at Menasha Packaging site or customer location\nOccasional travel required\nFrequent lifting up to 25 lbs., occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.\nAll Menasha Packaging employees must conduct their work in a manner that complies with all legal standards and meets customer expectations.
