Monitors materials inventories, tracks progress of production, and reviews factors which affect schedules.Key Duties and Responsibilities\nThe following duties are normal for this position. The incumbent may perform some or allof these duties however; it is not an exclusive or all-inclusive list. Other duties may be assigned.\nMonitors forecasts and develops capacity attainment plan based on capabilities and future projected customer demand\nExecutes material resource planning (MRP) to ensure materials and components are available to generate the master production schedule\nAnalyzes customer and production requirements to maximize space utilization\nCollaborates with key stakeholders in accordance with standard operating procedures to ensure key performance indicators achieved\nCollects, monitors and analyzes data to control capacity risks, maintain site efficiencies and assure on-time delivery\nPrepares and reviews required business reports\nSupports continuous improvement initiatives for production planning process and information flow\nEducation & Experience\nHigh school degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred\nMinimum of 2 years of relevant experience required\nProficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, data analysis, and reporting.\nExperience creating and maintaining Excel macros to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency.\nPhysical Requirements & Work Environment\nPrimarily works in an office environment with occasional time spent in a production and/or warehouse setting\nTwo companies, one vision.\nMenasha Corporation consists of two companies that are leading the way to a sustainable future with packaging and supply chain solutions.
