After 30 days of employment, you’ll be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package that includes\nMedical, Dental and Vision Insurance\n401K with Company Match\nAnnual Incentive Plan\nAnd much more!\nWe also provide a safe work environment and a family-friendly work schedule, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.\nKey Duties and Responsibilities:\nSupport plant personnel on daily quality concerns and issue and communicate quality alerts, as needed.\nAudit compliance with existing procedures and requirements, including paperwork at the press and process variances.\nPerform raw material testing, prepare trend analysis to evaluate vendors and update receiving inspection instruction per vendor.\nAudit finished good and report findings to production and quality personnel.\nPerform correlation studies and conduct in-house calibration and schedule outsourcing calibration services.\nSupport the QMS by updating documentation and aid in writing procedures and work instructions.\nWork in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective, safety equipment and devices that are required, in accordance with all STW documentation (if STW is not developed for any process within this job, proper training techniques must be followed).\nBe actively involved in Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain any and all CI, 5S and STW activities.\nOther duties as assigned.\nWork Experience:\nKnowledge of Microsoft office and other computer programs\nStrong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.\nTwo companies, one vision.\nMenasha Corporation consists of two companies that are leading the way to a sustainable future with packaging and supply chain solutions.
