Monitors and conveys all information to other shift Quality Technicians.Responsibilities and Duties:\nEmpowerment to take responsibility for the quality of work performed.\nPerform hourly in process audits of all manufacturing activities, including assembly and repair/rework operations.\nMaintain full documentation, per the applicable control plan on items described above.\nIdentify and isolate nonconforming output discovered during in process audits. Work with manufacturing personnel and identify cause(s) and implement corrective measures.\nMaintain full documentation on items described above.\nMaintain full documentation, per applicable instruction on items described above.\nPerform miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as directed. \nQuality Requirements:\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.\nMathematical Skills:\nAbility to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages, averages, etc. Must be able to read a tape measure. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.\nReasoning Ability:\nAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
