This position serves as a trusted advisor to leaders across the organization, providing the financial guidance needed to drive growth, improve decision-making, and support key business initiatives.If you're energized by analyzing complex business opportunities, partnering with leadership, and turning data into actionable insights, this is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact.\nWhat You'll Do\nAs a Senior Financial Analyst, you will:\nPartner with commercial leaders to provide financial insights and decision support.\nEvaluate business opportunities and capital investments using IRR, NPV, and payback analyses.\nSupport month-end and year-end close activities, including financial statement review and account reconciliations.\nLead and support the annual budgeting and forecasting process to improve financial predictability.\nPrepare audit schedules and support audit activities.\nConduct ad hoc financial analyses and special projects that help drive business performance.\nIdentify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate financial processes.\nServe as a primary finance partner and resource for assigned business functions.\nWhat You Bring\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.\nMaster's degree, CPA, or CMA designation preferred.\nExperience\n4-7 years of accounting or finance experience.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills.\nExperience supporting business partners and influencing decisions through financial analysis.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in a manufacturing environment.\nSAP experience.\nTableau and/or Hyperion experience.\nWhat Makes You Successful\nStrong business and financial acumen.\nAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.\nExcellent communication and relationship-building skills.\nHigh attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.\nSelf-motivated, proactive approach to driving results and continuous improvement.\nTravel & Work Environment\nUp to 10% domestic and international travel.
