Train and coach operators.\nSchedule rotation for the work cell and fill-in as needed during breaks, vacations, etc.\nMonitor work to maintain production efficiencies and standards.\nFill in for supervisors, as needed.\nAssist Material Handlers with material movement in the area.\nEnsure raw materials are stocked and all needed resources are available.\nWork in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective, safety equipment and devices that are required, in accordance with all STW documentation (if STW is not developed for any process within this job, proper training techniques must be followed).\nBe actively involved in Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain all CI, 5S and STW activities.\nOther duties as assigned.\nWork Experience:\n1-3 years of relevant work experience\nShift Hours and Schedule:\nNIGHTS 3/2/2 from 6PM to 6AM\nTwo companies, one vision.\nMenasha Corporation consists of two companies that are leading the way to a sustainable future with packaging and supply chain solutions.
