People who work here are driven, smart, and really good at what they do.\nAs this market evolves, we encourage people of all skill levels to work with the platform, both for clients and candidates.\nPosition Overview\nWe're growing our EMEA Marketing organization and are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager - DACH to drive brand awareness, demand generation, account-based marketing, and pipeline progression across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn DACH marketing strategy and execution across awareness, demand generation, and pipeline acceleration\nDevelop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable results\nPartner with sales leadership to align marketing programs with business objectives\nDrive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) for strategic accounts\nManage regional marketing plans, reporting, and optimization\nExecute events, tradeshows, and customer-facing programs\nQualifications\nRequired\n7+ years of B2B marketing experience in field marketing, demand generation, or ABM\nExperience marketing to Industrial clients\nStrong stakeholder management and sales partnership skills\nExperience developing integrated multi-touch marketing programs\nExperience with named-account ABM strategies\nWillingness to travel and work independently\nPreferred\nExperience with AI, cloud, data platform, or emerging technology solutions\nWhy Us\nWe are Siemens:\nAt Siemens Software, flexibility is how we work-hybrid by default, built on trust and autonomy. The applicable salary range for these locations is: €69,900 - €115,500.
