As an energetic self-starter, you will have the ability to focus on building a solid business pipeline.\nIn the role of Partner Sales Executive BFSI you’ll drive the digital innovation by:\nDeveloping sales opportunities in the Netherlands for the BFSI market.\nAlign with IT partners on shared objectives and co-develop a sales strategy that both sides own, ensuring partner sellers are bought in and actively selling.\nIdentify, qualify, and manage high-value sales opportunities with and through channel partners, whilst leveraging partner strengths to deliver differentiated enterprise value.\nBuild strong executive relationships within target accounts to understand customer needs and accelerate the deal cycle.\nCollaborate with Partner Management Executives to align on go-to-market strategies.\nExecute sales and marketing initiatives that demonstrate Mendix’s technical and business value.\nMap decision-makers, influencers, and approvers to develop tailored engagement strategies.\nLead negotiations and procurement to successfully close deals.\nEvangelise the Mendix platform to partners and customers, ensuring clear value communication to partners and customers.\nCollaborate closely with internal teams to share insights and optimise account and opportunity development.\nYou’re the innovator we need if you have:\n3+ years of software sales experience with a consistent record of exceeding targets.\nProven success in managing complex sales cycles and engaging senior executives.\nSelf-motivated with a strong sense of ownership, resilience, and a “can-do” attitude\nDemonstrates a coachable mindset and applies feedback to improve performance.\nComfortable navigating ambiguity and driving results in dynamic, evolving environments.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills in both Dutch and English, with the ability to articulate business and technical value.\nProficiency in Salesforce for pipeline management.\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent;
