You will empower our partners to successfully position, architect, and deliver transformative industrial AI solutions using ICX, Mendix low-code development, Generative AI, and enterprise data. A core focus will be on continuous enablement, providing deep technical guidance, and fostering collaborative solution development with partners to ensure their success in bringing ICX's truly differentiated capabilities to leading companies.\nWhat You'll Do\nPartner Enablement & Expertise Development:\nLead the continuous technical enablement of ICX partners, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to leverage Siemens' industrial AI platform, including its core graph, ontology, machine learning, and agentic AI technology.\nDevelop and deliver comprehensive technical workshops, architecture sessions, and training programs specifically tailored for the partner ecosystem. These will cover ICX capabilities, Mendix integration, Generative AI, and agentic development patterns.\nEducate partners on advanced AI architecture patterns, such as agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), knowledge graphs, and best practices for enterprise AI governance.\nGuide partners in understanding how Mendix, ICX's Graph capabilities, AI services, and enterprise data can work together to create comprehensive end-to-end customer solutions.\nSolution Architecture & Strategic Guidance for Partners:\nCollaborate closely with partners to design and architect innovative, business-relevant enterprise agentic AI use cases for their clients, leveraging the full potential of ICX, Mendix, and enterprise data.\nProvide expert technical consultation and architectural guidance to partners throughout their client engagements, from initial discovery and qualification to solution delivery and adoption.\nEnable partners to model a customer's domain as an enterprise ontology, build agents and machine learning that reason over it and act on it, and deliver working agentic applications that compel investment.\nAddress partners' and their clients' technical questions, concerns, and competitive objections, providing clear, credible, and tailored recommendations.\nDemonstration & Proof-of-Concept Development with Partners:\nWork hand-in-hand with partners to develop compelling business and technical demonstrations and proof-of-concepts utilizing Mendix, ICX, and Generative AI, tailored to specific industry use cases.\nShowcase best practices for application governance, scalability, security, and lifecycle management within partner-developed solutions.\nDemonstrate seamless integration of ICX solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms, supporting partner efforts to integrate with their clients' existing IT landscapes.\nEcosystem Growth & Channel Strategy:\nAct as a trusted technical advisor to partners, fostering strong, collaborative relationships and directly contributing to the growth and success of the ICX partner ecosystem.\nWork closely with sales teamsand global ICX leaders to evolve and optimize our partner engagement model and scale our solutions effectively through the channel.\nContribute to the ICX product roadmap by providing valuable partner feedback and insights gathered from channel engagements and market needs.\nWho You Are\nA natural leader and coach: You lead by example, are highly collaborative, and are passionate about developing and elevating the technical capabilities within a diverse partner ecosystem.\nHands-on technical expert: You possess deep, hands-on expertise in agentic AI and enterprise ontology, capable of building sophisticated solutions yourself to set a high technical standard for partners.\nBusiness-value oriented: You consistently think in terms of business value, and can credibly articulate complex technical solutions and their impact to technical and business stakeholders within partner organizations and their clients.\nEntrepreneurial and proactive: You take ownership, thrive at a startup pace, and consistently find clear routes to outcomes even when problems are not fully defined, especially when working with some of the world's largest companies and their partners.\nExperienced in channel or consulting leadership: You have a proven track record of leading client engagements and delivery teams, ideally with a significant focus on partner development, enablement, or management.\nSkills and Experience\nWe look for experience or strong potential in the following areas:\nLeading Technical Teams& Enablement: Proven experience in leading, coaching, mentoring, and enabling technical teams, ideally within a partner-facing or channel context.\nAgentic AI Expertise: Strong hands-on experience designing agents and AI solutions grounded in enterprise data, including LLMs, retrieval, tool use, and Multi-Concept Programming (MCP).
