Marketing, you will translate the core platform story into customer-centric messaging, industry solution plays, and sales-ready content that accelerates pipeline and supports strategic growth initiatives.\nThis is a highly collaborative role for a strategic marketer who enjoys simplifying complex technologies into compelling business stories that resonate with executive buyers and technical decision-makers.\nKey Responsibilities\nSolution Messaging and Positioning\nDevelop differentiated solution messaging and positioning for Intelligence Center X and Mendix across priority industries and use cases. \nTranslate platform capabilities into customer-focused narratives that clearly articulate business outcomes and value. \nCreate messaging frameworks tailored to key buying personas, including CIOs, business leaders, data and AI teams, and application developers. \nEnsure solution messaging aligns with the overarching Intelligence Center X and Mendix narrative while addressing industry-specific priorities. \nIndustry and Use Case Development\nBuild solution stories around strategic business challenges, emerging AI opportunities, and digital transformation initiatives. \nDevelop industry-specific messaging for aerospace and defence, automotive, heavy equipment and industrial machinery and other priority industries. \nPartner with industry experts to ensure messaging reflects market trends, customer needs, and competitive differentiation. \nIdentify new solution opportunities and emerging market themes to strengthen Siemens' market position. \nGo-to-Market Enablement\nCreate solution briefs, messaging guides, presentations, playbooks, sales tools, and customer-facing assets. \nSupport product launches, campaigns, webinars, events, analyst engagements, and executive presentations. \nEnable sales and field teams with messaging that helps position Intelligence Center X and Mendix against customer priorities and competitive alternatives. \nSupport strategic customer opportunities by tailoring solution narratives for priority accounts. \nCross-functional Collaboration\nPartner closely with Product Marketing to ensure solution messaging accurately reflects platform capabilities and roadmap priorities. \nWork with Campaigns and Field Marketing to develop integrated go-to-market programs and industry campaigns. \nCollaborate with Brand and Communications to reinforce strategic messaging themes and thought leadership. \nGather customer, sales, and market feedback to continuously refine messaging and identify new opportunities. \nMarket Intelligence\nMonitor competitive positioning, market trends, and customer challenges across target industries. \nBring market insights into messaging development and go-to-market planning. \nIdentify whitespace opportunities where Intelligence Center X can create differentiated customer value. \nQualifications\nRequired\n6-10 years of experience in Solutions Marketing, Product Marketing, Industry Marketing, or Go-to-Market roles within enterprise software or B2B SaaS. \nExperience developing solution messaging for AI, analytics, cloud platforms, application development, or enterprise technology. \nStrong understanding of enterprise buying journeys and complex solution selling. \nExperience creating sales enablement content and customer-facing messaging. \nExcellent written, presentation, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex technologies. \nStrong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across product, sales, marketing, and leadership teams. \nAbility to work effectively within a global, matrixed organization. \nPreferred\nExperience marketing AI, machine learning, low-code platforms, data platforms, or digital transformation technologies. \nKnowledge of industrial manufacturing, financial services, public sector, life sciences, energy, or other enterprise industries. \nExperience supporting analyst relations, executive thought leadership, or strategic customer engagements. \nSuccess Measures\nIn this role, you will:\nDeliver compelling solution narratives that increase customer engagement and strengthen Intelligence Center X's market positioning. \nEnable sales teams with messaging and content that supports pipeline generation and deal acceleration. \nProduce high-impact industry messaging that aligns with customer priorities and strategic growth markets. \nImprove consistency of solution storytelling across campaigns, product launches, and field execution. \nBuild trusted relationships across Product, Sales, Industry Marketing, and Campaign teams as the go-to expert for solution messaging. \nClosing\nCompensation and Benefits\nThe pay range for this position is $102,500 - $184,500 annually.
