We believe humans have a vital role to play in this revolution, and we're building the platform that keeps them there.\nCore mission\nBuild and ship full-stack features end to end within one of Mendo's technical squads. You'll own meaningful parts of the product, become a referent on the modules you work on, and raise the quality bar through your day-to-day work - with the autonomy to take features from idea to production.\nWe're scaling fast - more squads, more product surface, more clients - and we're looking for solid engineers who want to grow with us.\nYour squad assignment will be defined based on your profile, your technical interests, and our product priorities.\nKey responsibilities\n1. Build and ship features\nDevelop full-stack features end to end, from spec to production.\n\nTake ownership of the modules you work on and become a go-to referent for them.\n\nWork autonomously on most tasks, escalating architecture or security decisions when needed.\n\n2. Keep the codebase healthy\nWrite clean, well-tested code and meaningful tests.\n\nGive and receive constructive code reviews.\n\nTackle refactoring and technical debt in the areas you own.\n\n3. Collaborate within your squad\nWork closely with Product and Design to turn requirements into working software.\n\nHelp estimate and break down work, and flag risks early.\n\nCommunicate clearly in standups, pull requests, and documentation.\n\n4.
