This isn't a lift-and-shift exercise; it's a real architectural and operational shift, running in parallel with active client delivery at European-scale banks. You'll be one of the people making that shift real - hands-on, not from a slide deck.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nDrive the multicloud strategy end-to-end- design, prove out, and operationalise AWS alongside our existing Azure footprint\nOwn CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and deployment automation across environments\nPartner with engineering squadsto make cloud migration decisions that hold up under real client load, not just in theory\nKeep production systems reliablewhile the infrastructure underneath them changes\nBring AI into the DevOps workflow itself- tooling, automation, testing\nPush back when a shortcut threatens reliability or security- not as bureaucracy, but because it matters\nWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR\nReal production experience running infrastructure at scale - not a home lab, not just a certification - systems with real clients depending on them\nMin. 5 years of experience, including at least 3 years working with public clouds\nYou've worked across more than one cloud provider,or led a genuine migration from one to another\nDeep with Kubernetes, Helm and Terraform- you can read someone else's IaC and tell them what's wrong with it\nComfortable in a regulated or high-stakes environment- on-premises constraints, security requirements, banks that hold you to it\nAI-native- you use tools like Cursor and Claude Code as a natural part of how you work\nTECH\nMust have:Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, CI/CD including FluxCD/ArgoCD\nNice to have:clusters observability and monitoring stacks, cloud compliance & security controls, Kafka, RabbitMQ, GCP, fintech or other regulated industry experience\nWHAT YOU GET\nCompetitive salary: B2B,20k-25k PLN + VAT\nHybrid - 2 days in office, 3 remote\nPrivate healthcare, fitness, meal & phone allowance\nA real multicloud mandate, not a slide deck about one\nSoftware that runs inside real global banks, used by millions of people every day\nHOW WE HIRE\nScreening- 30 min call.
