About Menlo Menlo Research is an Applied R&D lab building Asimov, an open-source humanoid robot platform, and the full software stack that powers it. Our mission is to make humanoid labor economically viable, turning software into physical labor at scale. We build across the full stack: hardware architecture, locomotion, autonomy, simulation, and infrastructure. We move fast, ship to real robots, and open-source everything we can. The Role We are hiring a Designer to own how Menlo looks and feels across our website, our communications, and everything in between. Menlo builds in public, and the brand is a big part of why people love Asimov. Every launch, research post, careers page, and community moment is a chance to show the world what we are building. We want one designer who can own that whole surface, from the marketing site to the social asset that goes out an hour before a demo. This is a broad, hands-on design role for someone who moves fast and has real range.
