We hire exceptional individuals seeking meaningful opportunities in a purpose-driven environment.\nJOB SUMMARY\nProvide administrative and staff supervision including individual and group case consultation, coordinate client care among the disciplines, and provide direct client services.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nReasonable accommodation may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.\nAssist Program Manager with day-to-day operations. Maintain staff productivity and monitor client records for contract compliance, treatment fidelity, and quality improvement.\nProvide client service coordination/case management including treatment team to assist clients in meeting basic needs and symptom management.\nDevelop, evaluate, and implement treatment goals and plans in conjunction with the treatment team.\nProvide direct client care and complete accurate and timely documentation, meet minimum billable requirements for direct client services.\nPerforms shift management duties in coordination with other staff as directed by Program Manager.\nFacilitate placement including pre-placement visits, and transportation as needed.\nShift coverage including part of the on-call team.\nProvide field-based services as required by program and client need.\nMaintain confidentiality of client’s care.\nParticipate in scheduled program meetings.\nOther relevant duties as assigned.\nProvides leadership to clinical team consistent with intentional care standards and County and organization regulations in consultation with Program Manager.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nMaster’s degree in a behavioral science and valid/current BBS registration or license (MFT, LCSW, LPCC) required.\nValid CA driver’s license and current auto insurance per contract requirements required.\nExperience providing mental health and/or substance use disorder services preferred.\nCultural competency understanding required.\nBilingual preferred.\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office and EHR software preferred.\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\nThese physical demands represent what must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
