With teams around the world, we continue to innovate at the forefront of autonomous systems, advancing the next generation of Physical AI for real life.\nResponsibilities\nLead the SW Backend Team, responsible for scaling robotic operations, fleet management, and performance analytics.\nDrive architectural decisions around scalability, reliability, performance, and observability.\nWork closely with AI, simulation and parallel software teams to ensure cohesive development across the company.\nFoster a culture of technical innovation, engineering excellence, and personal accountability.\nRequirements\n2+ years of experience leading backend or platform teams, including ownership of roadmaps and cross-team collaboration.\n5+ years of hands-on backend software development experience, building production-grade systems at scale.\nStrong experience designing and maintaining distributed systems, robust APIs, and data-driven services.\nDeep proficiency in Python and a strong working knowledge of TypeScript.\nExtensive hands-on experience designing and managing both SQL and NoSQL databases.
