America.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop, review, and execute validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ) for downstream process equipment.\n\nPerform risk assessments, gap analyses, and validation reports for new and existing equipment.\n\nCollaborate with engineering, QA, and operations teams to ensure equipment meets regulatory requirements.\n\nSupport commissioning and qualification activities for bioprocess systems, including filtration, chromatography, and centrifugation equipment.\n\nReview and approve validation documentation, SOPs, and change controls.\n\nIdentify and implement continuous improvement initiatives in validation processes.\n\nSupport regulatory inspections and audits, providing required validation documentation.\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.\n\nMinimum 3-5 years of experience in validation of biotech downstream process equipment.\n\nStrong knowledge of cGMP, FDA, and ICH guidelines.\n\nExperience with IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and validation documentation.\n\nFamiliarity with downstream processes such as chromatography, filtration, and centrifugation.\n\nExcellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nAdvanced degree in relevant scientific field.\n\nExperience in a multi-site or global biotech
