Vendor and Contractor Coordination\nCoordinate onsite activities of third-party vendors and contractors.\nEnsure vendors comply with site policies, safety standards, and scope of work.\nAssist with scheduling, access coordination, and work verification. Safety, Compliance, and Documentation\nSupport compliance with applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations.\nMaintain accurate records related to maintenance activities, inspections, permits, and certifications.\nAssist with audits, inspections, and corrective action tracking.\nSkills & Qualifications: Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nEffective communication skills (written and verbal).\nProficiency with basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets). Preferred Skills\nExperience working in manufacturing, production, industrial, or regulated environments.\nFamiliarity with facilities management systems (CMMS).
