maintenance groups and facility supervisors/managers.\nAssociate degree or equivalent from 2 year college technical school preferred\nIn lieu of degree, Technical College diploma with 10+ years of experience required or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job.\nExperience in manufacturing or maintenance environment, required.\n5-9 years of experience in the Facilities-maintenance related fields within the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Device, Food and Beverage, and Healthcare Industries with thorough working knowledge of cGMPs\nStrong knowledge of CMMS systems and related systems/software\nStrong knowledge of work management processes, labor estimating, resource balancing, etc \nGood working knowledge of facilities equipment and O&M requirements\nStrong understanding of proper OSHA safety practices and procedures \nGood organization skills\nTechnical writing ability \nStrong oral and written communications skills \nKnowledge of the purchase order system and requisition procedures. \nMust be flexible and responsive to the needs of the business \nMust have the ability to overcome obstacles and have the organizational skills necessary to complete assignments in a timely manner.\nDemonstrated ability to be proactive in problem solving and to lead the
