The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience maintaining and troubleshooting HVAC systems within a regulated industry (such as pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or food manufacturing) and a strong commitment to compliance, safety, and operational excellence.\nKey Responsibilities\nInstall, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and related equipment (chillers, boilers, air handlers, cleanroom systems, etc.).\n\nPerform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.\n\nEnsure HVAC systems comply with GMP, safety standards, and industry regulations.\n\nTroubleshoot system malfunctions and recommend solutions for efficiency and reliability.\n\nMaintain accurate documentation of inspections, maintenance, and repairs.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support production and facility needs.\n\nQualifications\nEPA Certification (Universal preferred).\n\nMinimum of 3-5 years of HVAC experience, ideally within a regulated industry (pharma, biotech, medical device, or food manufacturing).\n\nStrong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and preventive maintenance programs.\n\nAbility to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.\n\nSolid understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements.\n\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\n\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with cleanroom HVAC systems and controlled
