This position oversees project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications while ensuring compliance with applicable quality and regulatory requirements. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams simultaneously.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nLead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure activities.\nDevelop and manage project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Validation.\nEnsure projects are executed in compliance with GMP, FDA, and company requirements.\nFacilitate project status meetings and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.\nManage project documentation, deliverables, and change management activities.\nSupport procurement and sourcing initiatives utilizing Ariba systems.\nDrive Change Control activities and ensure proper implementation and documentation.\nIdentify project risks and implement corrective actions to ensure successful delivery.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs.\nServe as the primary point of contact for project-related communications.\nEducation\nBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.\nMaster's Degree preferred.\nExperience\nMinimum of 8 years of project management experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or other FDA-regulated industries.\nExperience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects.\nDemonstrated experience with Change Control processes.\nExperience managing budgets, timelines, and project resources.\nRequired Skills\nStrong ability to manage multiple responsibilities, priorities, tasks, and projects simultaneously.\nAbility to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment under demanding deadlines.\nStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nDetail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.\nEffective collaboration skills in team-oriented and matrix organizations.\nStrategic thinker with strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.\nSelf-starter who demonstrates initiative, persistence, tact, and influence.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentations and executive-level reporting.\nFluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.\nProficiency in project management software and advanced spreadsheet applications.\nExperience with Change Control systems and regulated documentation practices.\nUnderstanding and experience with Ariba Sourcing and Contracting Modules.\nExperience with SAP, TrackWise, and project management tools preferred.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office
