The allocation of clients will be based on experience and complexity of client’s needs.\nAccurate processing of client payrolls across weekly, monthly, quarterly pay cycles\nSetting up PAYE schemes with HMRC\nMaintaining and updating client and employee permanent changes\nAssisting with other ad-hoc duties as required\nKnowledgeable in the administration of auto enrolment pensions via payroll\nSkills, Knowledge & Expertise\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n We’re looking for an enthusiastic payroll professional who’s ready to build on their experience and take the next step in their career.\nWith around 1-2 years’ payroll experience, you’ll have a good understanding of payroll processes, a keen eye for detail and a genuine commitment to delivering a great service to clients.\nYou’ll also bring:\nStrong IT skills, including confidence using Microsoft Office and databases.\nA proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage deadlines and take ownership of your workload.\nGreat communication and customer service skills, with a natural ability to build positive relationships.\nA collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for being part of a supportive team.\nPrevious experience with PayCircle would be a bonus, but isn’t essential.\n\nA CIPP Technician qualification would be advantageous, although we equally value hands-on payroll experience and a willingness to learn and develop.\nWe also offer agile working, giving you the flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week, with no regular travel required.\nIf you’re looking for a role where you can grow your payroll expertise, take on more responsibility and develop your career within a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.\nJob Benefits\nWhy Join Us?\n At Menzies, we know that success starts with our people.
