You'll own deals end to end, from meeting booked to close, selling Meow to founders, CFOs, and treasurers at crypto companies. You'll work outbound, warm intros, and the NYC event circuit, with the product, the customer logos, and the team behind you.\nWhat you'll do\nBuild a pipeline of crypto companies from first touch to funded account\n\nRun sharp discovery and pitch Meow to skeptical, technical buyers who care about trust and social proof, not feature lists\n\nWork warm paths through people who trust you instead of blasting cold\n\nShow up at the dinners and events, follow up, and turn handshakes into accounts\n\nFeed what you learn back to the team so the pitch keeps getting sharper\n\nWhat we're looking for\n2 to 5 years in sales or BD with quota you actually carried and hit\n\nYou get finance and crypto. You can explain stablecoins, yield, and why FDIC insurance matters without reading off a sheet\n\nHungry. You'd rather figure it out than wait to be told\n\nWell connected, or able to build a network fast and thoughtfully\n\nComfortable owning a number and closing sharp, skeptical buyers\n\nSomeone who can balance following a working playbook with enough creativity to test new strategies and bring them to the team.\n\nCompensation\n$110K to $150K base depending on experience, with $250K OTE all-in. Commission is uncapped and revenue-based, so the more you close, the more you make, with no ceiling.
