Coordinate with technical, procurement, and project teams to ensure accurate tender submissions. Develop value engineering proposals to optimize project costs. Ensure timely submission of tenders in compliance with client requirements and company standards. Maintain updated records of market prices, material costs, and subcontractor rates.
