The candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, monitoring progress, resource allocation, and coordination with project teams to ensure timely completion of façade works in accordance with project requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.\nPrepare detailed project plans for façade fabrication, material procurement, delivery, installation, and handover.\nCoordinate with project managers, design teams, procurement, production, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.\nMonitor project progress against approved schedules and identify delays, critical activities, and potential risks.\nPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and recovery plans.\nTrack engineering submissions, material approvals, shop drawings, material procurement, and installation milestones.\nPlan manpower, equipment, and material requirements in coordination with site and production teams.\nConduct progress meetings and follow up on action items with relevant departments and subcontractors.\nAnalyse project delays and prepare delay reports, mitigation strategies, and revised schedules.\nCoordinate with main contractors and consultants regarding project milestones and progress updates.\nMaintain project documentation, baseline schedules, and progress records.\nSupport project managers in forecasting project completion dates and achieving contractual deadlines.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.\nMinimum 5+ years of experience in project planning, preferably in the façade, aluminium, glass, or construction industry.\nStrong knowledge of façade systems, including curtain walls, aluminium windows and doors, glazing, and cladding.\nProficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.\nGood knowledge of project scheduling, critical path analysis, resource planning, and progress monitoring.\nExperience coordinating with engineering, procurement, production, and site installation teams.\nKnowledge of construction project documentation and reporting procedures.\nUAE or GCC project experience is preferred\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nExcellent planning, coordination, and time-management skills.\nGood communication and reporting skills.\nAbility to manage multiple project schedules and meet tight deadlines.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.\nBenefits\nWhy Join Us?\nYou'll be part of a growing and professional team delivering high-impact infrastructure projects across the UAE.
