You will work closely with clients and systems integration partners and teams on projects to provide technical guidance and design for the Curam platform.\nEssential Job Duties:\nFacilitate requirements and fit/gap workshops with client staff on technical topics and non-functional requirements\nCreate functional and technical designs as well as solution prototypes to support Curam configurations and extensions such as workflow, rules, and/or integrations\nDevelop, code, and unit test Curam extensions in a J2EE environment\nDevelop REST APIs\nConfigure and troubleshoot application servers like WebSphere or WebLogic\nDevelop SQLs and performance tune DBs like Oracle and DB2\nWork within Agile delivery teams and DevOps processes\nEstablish and maintain successful working relationships with fellow employees, System Integration partners and clients, and promote Curam Solution as a capable and trusted partner\nApply industry standard design methodologies and patterns\nMentor and assist less experienced consultants as needed\nBasic Qualifications (minimum requirements):\nBachelor's degree in computer science or information technology equivalent\nCuram Technical certification (preferably on latest Curam version) - or willingness to obtain within 90 days\n10+ years of experience in a hands-on technical role delivering and implementing software solutions\n5+ years of experience with Curam software and delivery (Note: Hiring manager minimum for this search is 4+ years)\n5+ years of experience in Java/J2EE/JEE development, JDBC, XML, XSL, CSS, JavaScript\nDemonstrated experience in modern UI/UX design and user research practices (React.js, Angular, UML)\nExperience with EJB, RSA, UNIX and NT operating systems, Oracle or DB2 databases, WebSphere or WebLogic\nFlexibility to travel if needed\nPreferred Skills:\nData architecture and data governance best practices, ETLs, BI platform, data integration, data quality assessments, data migration strategies\nCloud experience with AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud, Kubernetes/Docker\nDevOps tooling: CI/CD, Jenkins, Pipelines, Ansible/Chef/Puppet, Packer/Terraform\nExperience in containers using Kubernetes, Helm charts\nAgile Scrum Master experience\nAdditional Requirements for This Search:\n4+ years of experience in public sector or government projects (required)\n4+ years of experience with Curam or IBM Social Program Management software (required)\nCollege degree required\nCuram certification beneficial but not required; must complete within 90 days of joining\nOpen to legal UK citizens/residents; work permit or visa holders may be considered\nAbility to work occasional second shifts, as needed to accommodate global time zones and project requirements.\nCompensation\nThe salary range provided in this job posting is intended to reflect the general market value for the position.
