This role will support enterprise governance by translating technical platform capabilities into controlled, auditable, ticket-driven services for business users.Manage governance for Microsoft 365 Productivity Suite including Copilot, Copilot Studio agents, Copilot for Sales, and\n\nenterprise AI agent onboarding, including access controls, approval processes, and deployment readiness.\n\nWork with security stakeholders to ensure new AI agents are reviewed for conditional access, DLP , Defender analysis, agent\n\nblueprint, and onboarding approval requirements.\n\nManage and document Power Platform governance areas including environments, managed environments, environment\n\nmakers, viewers, system administrators, PPAC roles, DLP policies, connector governance, and environment policies\n\nAbility to govern connector controls, including Microsoft 365 connectors, external connectors, OAuth, API keys, API tokens,\n\nand policies to control connector actions.\n\nMaintain governance tracking sheets, Jira-linked planning, feature tracking, and production readiness activities for Power\n\nPlatform and Copilot governance.\n\nSupport monitoring and alerting requirements for Dataverse storage and capacity usage, including threshold-based alerting\n\ndiscussions.\n\nSupport Microsoft Fabric governance activities including workspace naming conventions, workspace creation, roles, capacity\n\nassignment, managed workspaces, managed capacity, domains, subdomains, tags, external sharing, and Fabric identities.\n\nTroubleshoot Fabric Data Agent behaviour, Copilot deployment differences, agent instruction discrepancies, model-response differences, and Microsoft support escalations.\n\nRequired Skills\nStrong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Microsoft Fabric\n\ngovernance.\n\nHands-on understanding of Power Platform environments, roles, connectors, DLP policies, managed environments, and\n\ntenant-level governance controls.\n\nExperience with Microsoft Fabric workspaces, capacity concepts, licensing, domains/subdomains, workspace naming, and\n\nFabric Data Agent governance.\n\nPractical knowledge of Copilot Studio agent deployment, agent publishing, sandbox-to-production workflows, and ticket-\n\nbased access management.\n\nAbility to support ServiceNow catalogue design, ITSM documentation, approval workflows, and production-readiness\n\ntracking.\n\nPreferred Skills\nExperience creating or maintaining governance such as Jira-linked epics, ServiceNow catalogue definitions, knowledge base\n\nfolders, FAQs, and communication drafts.\n\nExperience with Fabric Data Agent, Copilot for Sales, Salesforce integration conversations, and agent validation.3. 4. Experience working with Microsoft support / FastTrack on Copilot, Fabric, and AI agent governance issues.\n\nAbility to explain governance controls to security and business stakeholders in a practical, ticket-driven, auditable manner.\n\nEducation\nBachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.\n\nCertifications Preferred\n\nMicrosoft 365 Administrator\n\nPower Platform certification\n\nMicrosoft Fabric / Power BI certification\n\nITIL Foundation or ITSM-related certification\n\nCompensation\nThe salary range provided in this job posting is intended to reflect the general market value for the position.
