aplicar revisiones de código, testing, métricas, monitoreo y observabilidad para mejorar la calidad y orientar decisiones técnicas.\n\nExperiencia y conocimientos:\nAprender con agilidad en base a desafíos, potenciándote con tecnología y GenAI.\n\nApasionarse por salir de la zona de confort, dar el máximo, superar los propios límites y emprender en un ambiente sano, alegre y divertido.\n\nDominar lenguajes de desarrollo backend como Java, Go o Node.js, y diseñar APIs REST o servicios orientados a eventos.\n\nConocer microservicios, sistemas distribuidos, escalabilidad y bases de datos relacionales o no relacionales;
