Software Engineer Backend - SYI Marketplace (Clips & Lives)

ComoSoftware Engineer Backend en Mercado Libre, diseñarás y escalarás sistemas innovadores y seguros que resuelven problemas reales y de alto impacto. Trabajarás en un entorno dinámico con tecnología de vanguardia, aplicando buenas prácticas de ingeniería y herramientas de IA en el desarrollo, con el propósito de democratizar el comercio electrónico y los servicios financieros en América Latina.

Imagínate emprendiendo proyectos desafiantes, dinámicos e innovadores y siendo responsable de:

  • Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener microservicios backend en Java para cargar, almacenar y gestionar clips de video en publicaciones.
  • Contribuir a incorporar experiencias de livestreaming para que los usuarios presenten productos y construyan comunidad.
  • Integrar herramientas de IA en el ciclo diario de desarrollo para generar y revisar código, analizar errores, documentar soluciones y crear pruebas.
  • Garantizar la observabilidad y resiliencia de los servicios mediante trazabilidad de eventos, alertas y métricas.
  • Liderar iniciativas de punta a punta y coordinar con otros equipos para gestionar los impactos de cada cambio.

¿Qué buscamos en vos?

  • Tener al menos 4 años experiencia en desarrollo backend con Java.
  • Contar con experiencia en microservicios, almacenamiento de archivos multimedia, arquitectura de aplicaciones, bases de datos e integración y diseño de APIs REST.
  • Poseer buenas prácticas de ingeniería y uso intensivo de asistentes de código y herramientas de inteligencia artificial generativa; se valorará experiencia en desarrollo guiado por especificaciones.
  • Contar con experiencia en herramientas de reportes y métricas de negocio, así como en monitoreo y observabilidad, por ejemplo Datadog o New Relic.
  • Tener conocimientos de desarrollo frontend y manejo de Git
