Software Engineer Fullstack

Como Software engineer fullstack vas a liderar la construcción de experiencias de IA en la web, definiendo la arquitectura, los patrones y las integraciones que hacen que los agentes sean claros, útiles y habiliten experiencias extraordinarias. También vas a articular a los equipos y acompañar la evolución técnica del área.

Imagináte emprendiendo proyectos desafiantes, dinámicos e innovadores y siendo responsable de:

  • Trabajar de cerca con usuarios IT y no IT para comprender sus necesidades, identificar oportunidades y transformarlas en soluciones concretas.

  • Diseñar y desarrollar soluciones de punta a punta con Python y React, evaluando impacto, riesgos y esfuerzo.

  • Incorporar IA en análisis, desarrollo, testing, seguridad, documentación y resolución de problemas para mejorar la productividad y la calidad.

  • Impulsar la evolución técnica de Grid, asegurando que la arquitectura, la calidad y la operación acompañen el crecimiento del producto.

¿Cuáles son los requisitos?

  • Contar con conocimientos sólidos de React y de al menos uno de los siguientes lenguajes de backend: Python, Go o Java, así como experiencia aplicando principios y prácticas de diseño de software como SOLID, Clean Architecture, TDD y patrones de diseño.

  • Tener experiencia diseñando y operando soluciones escalables en ambientes cloud, con foco en mantenibilidad, calidad y observabilidad, y trabajando con bases de datos relacionales y/o NoSQL.

  • Contar con experiencia construyendo funcionalidades basadas en LLMs, incluyendo integración con modelos, diseño de prompts y salidas estructuradas, uso de herramientas y flujos con agentes, y criterio para evaluar alternativas según calidad, latencia y costo.

  • Poseer experiencia incorporando IA en el ciclo de desarrollo para analizar, implementar, probar, documentar y depurar software, así como para crear componentes reutilizables para agentes e integrar herramientas mediante estándares como MCP. Criterio para evaluar resultados, detectar regresiones y gestionar la privacidad, los permisos y los datos sensibles
