de confort, dar el máximo, superar los propios límites y emprender en un ambiente sano, alegre y divertido.\n\nDominar Python, SQL e ingeniería de datos de texto para construir y mantener pipelines a escala.\n\nTraer experiencia en NLP o conocimiento de arquitecturas, entrenamiento, fine-tuning y evaluación de modelos de lenguaje, con herramientas como Hugging Face o vLLM.\n\nPoseer interés por comprender los modelos más allá de su uso, profundizar en deep learning y generación de datos, y capacidad para formular hipótesis, definir métricas, analizar resultados, proponer iteraciones,
