Technical Lead - GenAI Security

Como Technical Lead - GenAI Security en Mercado Libre, diseñarás y escalarás sistemas innovadores y seguros que resuelven problemas reales y de alto impacto.

Trabajarás en un entorno dinámico con tecnología de vanguardia, aplicando buenas prácticas de ingeniería, modelos de ML/IA propios y aprendizaje continuo, con el propósito de democratizar el comercio electrónico y los servicios financieros en América Latina.

Imagináte emprendiendo proyectos desafiantes, dinámicos e innovadores y siendo responsable de:

  • Desarrollar las nuevas capacidades de seguridad para el ecosistema de inteligencia artificial generativa de la organización.
  • Conectar las herramientas de seguridad con nuestro gateway de inteligencia artificial generativa e implementar estrategias de control síncrono y asíncrono.
  • Acompañar el diseño, arquitectura y la implementación de nuevos servicios de protección de datos y mitigación de amenazas.
  • Planificar mejoras continuas en la pila tecnológica de las aplicaciones, la evolución de los servicios y la eficiencia operativa del equipo.
  • Investigar y proponer mejoras tecnológicas continuas para la seguridad en inteligencia artificial generativa mediante investigación aplicada.
  • Construir componentes fundamentales de protección contra ataques como inyección de instrucciones directo e indirecto, deriva conversacional, alucinación, moderación y endurecimiento de instrucciones.

¿Qué buscamos en vos?

  • Poseer experiencia en el análisis y resolución de problemas técnicos complejos en sistemas distribuidos de alta escala.
  • Demostrar experiencia en la investigación, gestión y desarrollo de proyectos de software backend, interfaces de usuario o integraciones de servicios.
  • Contar con conocimientos sólidos en lenguajes de programación backend como Java o Go.
  • Tener formación académica en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Informática o carreras universitarias afines.
  • Acreditar conocimientos en principios de seguridad de la información y mitigación de vulnerabilidades aplicados al contexto de modelos de lenguaje de gran tamaño.
