Como Technical Support Engineer no Mercado Livre, você projetará e escalará sistemas inovadores e seguros que resolvem problemas reais e de alto impacto. Trabalhará em um ambiente dinâmico com tecnologia de ponta, aplicando boas práticas de engenharia, modelos próprios de IA e aprendizado contínuo, com o propósito de democratizar o comércio eletrônico e os serviços financeiros na América Latina.

Imagine-se empreendendo projetos desafiadores, dinâmicos e inovadores e sendo responsável por:

  • Prestar suporte técnico presencial e remoto, diagnosticando e resolvendo incidentes de hardware, software, rede e dispositivos utilizados no centro de distribuição.

  • Administrar e manter servidores, redes, sistemas de armazenamento e soluções de monitoramento, garantindo disponibilidade, desempenho e estabilidade operacional.

  • Executar implantações, configurações e manutenções preventivas e corretivas de infraestrutura de rede, incluindo LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, roteadores e firewalls.

  • Administrar end devices críticos para a operação logística, como impressoras térmicas, coletores de dados, handhelds, leitores e scanners.

  • Gerenciar dispositivos móveis, inventário de ativos e documentação de procedimentos técnicos, mantendo as informações atualizadas e acessíveis.

  • Aplicar ferramentas de inteligência artificial e automação para otimizar o suporte, a análise de incidentes, a identificação de padrões e a geração de relatórios.

O que buscamos em você?

  • Possuir formação em Tecnologia da Informação, Engenharia, Sistemas ou áreas correlatas, com mais de cinco anos de experiência em suporte técnico e administração de infraestrutura.

  • Ter experiência na administração de Windows, ChromeOS e macOS, além de Active Directory e ferramentas de monitoramento como Zabbix e Grafana.

  • Demonstrar conhecimento em suporte e troubleshooting de end devices, periféricos, gerenciamento de ativos e ambientes operacionais críticos.

  • Possuir experiência em infraestrutura e redes, com domínio na gestão de switches, roteadores, firewalls, Wi-Fi e tecnologias LAN, WAN e VPN.

  • Dominar protocolos e conceitos como VLAN, STP, OSPF, BGP, QoS e NAT, além de aplicar ITIL, SRE e metodologias ágeis; possuir experiência em logística será considerado um diferencial.
