developers and designers to enhance usability and ensure seamless integration.\nAdapt existing methods and procedures to create innovative solutions to moderately complex problems.\nIdentify opportunities for improving development processes and implementing best practices.\nError Monitoring and Issue Resolution\nContinuously monitor system performance and proactively identify potential errors.\nImplement necessary corrections in a timely manner to maintain system stability and reliability.\nTechnical Documentation\nPrepare and maintain clear, high-quality technical documentation as per company standard to support development, maintenance, and knowledge sharing.\nEnsure documentation is accessible to relevant internal and external stakeholders.\nCommunicate essential technical information effectively to ensure smooth collaboration.\nMentorship and Collaboration\nSupport junior developers through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and best practices adoption.\nCooperate with team members and other departments to align development efforts with business needs.\n\nEducation and Experience:\n5+ years of experience in software development with at least 3 years in front-end development.\nMust have at least 2 years of enterprise-level experience specializing in the architecture of tools utilizing low-code or internal application development platforms, such as Vercel v0, Bolt, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Superblocks, Retool, Appsmith, Palantir Foundry,Lovable, orother AI rapid development tools.\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\nStrong proficiency in modern front-end frameworks such as Vue.js.\nIn-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment).\nGood knowledge of Agile and test-driven development methodologies.\nExcellent coding and digital development abilities.\nStrong documentation and communication skills.\nNice to Have:\nPrevious experience with HR and/or Payroll software\nPayroll-related
