をご覧ください。\n業務内容\nProduct組織における組織運営上の課題を特定し、解決策の企画から導入、定着、継続的な改善までを推進する\nプロダクト開発の状況や重要な意思決定を可視化するための、レポーティングプロセスおよび運用基盤を設計・改善する\n全体ミーティングや各種重要ミーティング、ドキュメントなど、組織内のコミュニケーションパスを整理・最適化する\nProduct組織に属するメンバー向けのオンボーディングプロセスやナレッジ共有の仕組みを構築する\n施策の効果を定性・定量の両面から検証し、得られた知見を再利用可能なプロセスやベストプラクティスとして展開する\nAIを活用し、組織運営やナレッジマネジメントの効率化・高度化を推進する\nユニークなチャレンジ\n明確な正解や既存の型がない組織課題に対して、関係者へのヒアリングやデータ分析を通じて課題を構造化し、実行可能な仕組みへ落とし込むことが求められます。\nProduct・Engineeringを中心とする多様なステークホルダーと合意形成を行い、直接的な権限に頼らずに組織横断の変化を推進する必要があります。\nMK Management、Product Operations、Program
