critical thinking, analytical skills and negotiation skills\nTime management, mature mindset with solid discipline\nGood communication, negotiation, problem solving, and interpersonal skill\nProactive in problem-solving, with a focus on maintaining service excellence and operational efficiency\nFast learner with the ability to work independently with strong accountability, while maintaining a collaborative team spirit\nAble to communicate in English o Able to use MS Office applications\nWorking knowledge of credit systems such as Ascent WFS and CAP/CMS is an
