Automotive Hardware Development Experience\nMinimum 8 years of experience in automotive electronics development\nExperience in Cockpit, ADAS, Domain Controller, Centralized Computing, or related ECU products\nStrong understanding of complete hardware product development lifecycle\nExperience supporting products from concept development to production release\n\n2. Development Coordination Experience\nExperience coordinating hardware development across multiple engineering functions\nExperience driving technical discussions and issue resolution\nExperience managing cross-functional engineering activities\nExperience working in complex development organizations\n\n3.
