Hardware Development Process Management\nDefine and maintain the end-to-end hardware development process\n\nEstablish development phases, deliverables, entry criteria, and exit criteria\n\nEnsure consistent execution of hardware development activities across projects\n\nDrive continuous improvement based on project lessons learned and engineering feedback\n\n2. Engineering Review & Governance\nEstablish review mechanisms for architecture, schematic, layout, EMC, validation, and release readiness\n\nDevelop review checklists and evaluation criteria\n\nEnsure consistency and effectiveness of engineering reviews\n\nSupport technical governance and engineering quality improvement\n\n3. Engineering Standards & Best Practices\nDevelop and maintain hardware engineering standards and guidelines\n\nStandardize design methodologies and engineering practices\n\nDrive reuse of proven solutions and best practices across projects\n\nSupport engineering capability development\n\n4.Engineering Toolchain & Knowledge Management\nSupport deployment and optimization of engineering tools and workflows\n\nImprove tool integration and engineering efficiency\n\nEstablish knowledge management systems and lessons-learned databases\n\nPromote technical knowledge sharing across teams\n\n5. Engineering Metrics & Continuous Improvement\nDefine and monitor engineering KPIs\n\nAnalyze development efficiency and quality indicators\n\nIdentify improvement opportunities and drive corrective actions\n\nSupport organizational engineering maturity assessment\n\n Qualifikationen\n QualificationEducation\nBachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines\nFluent Chinese and good English communication skills required\nExperience\n1. Hardware Development Experience\nMinimum 8 years of experience in automotive electronics development\nExperience in hardware design, architecture, validation, or engineering management roles\nExperience in Cockpit, ADAS, Domain Controller, or High-Performance Computing products preferred\nStrong understanding of complete hardware product development lifecycle\n2. Process & Methodology Experience\nExperience defining or improving development processes, design methodologies, and engineering workflows\nExperience developing technical standards, design guidelines, or engineering checklists\nExperience driving engineering process improvements across teams or organizations\n3.
