The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend solutions for enterprise data management, including data deduplication, match & merge logic, and microservices-based integration with frontend applications.\nKey Responsibilities\nOracle MDM (Master Data Management)Design, develop, and optimize data models within Oracle MDM.\nImplement data deduplication, match & merge rules for golden record creation.\nConfigure survivorship rules, data cleansing, and validation processes.\nWork on data quality, governance, and stewardship frameworks.\n\nBackend & Microservices (Spring Boot)Develop and deploy RESTful microservices using Spring Boot and Java.\nDevelop and maintain ETL pipelines using Informatica PowerCenter\nAPI Management using Kubernetes /Docker\nIntegrate Oracle MDM with external systems through APIs, middleware, or messaging queues (Kafka).\nEnsure scalability, reliability, and performance tuning of microservices.\nImplement security (OAuth2/JWT), caching, and monitoring for services.\n\nCollaboration & DeliveryWork closely with data architects, frontend developers, and business analysts to gather requirements.\nSupport CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment in cloud/on-prem environments.\nParticipate in code reviews, unit testing, and performance optimization.\n\nRequired Skills\nStrong experience with Oracle Database programming with PL/SQL Certificate\nHands-on expertise in Informatica Power Center ( ETL Process)\nHands-on expertise in Kubernetes and Docker\nHands-on expertise in data deduplication, match & merge, survivorship rules, and golden record management.\nProficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.\nExperience with REST APIs, JSON/XML, and API integrations.\nKnowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and database performance tuning.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI etc.).\nUnderstanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.\nExperience with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ) preferred.\nPython based Automation Testing\nNice To Have :\nHands-on expertise in Automic (Job Scheduling)\nExperience with Grafana , OpenSearch and Ansible\nStrong understanding of data governance and data quality frameworks.\n Qualifikationen\n Educational Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree/ master’s degree in engineering\nWhy Join Us?\nBe part of a purpose-driven organization that’s shaping the future of mobility.
