of powertrain and ensuring the fulfillment of system NVH requirement\n\nTo communicate and align the development targets with suppliers according to MB standards\n\nTo simluate NVH performance according to MB standards\n\nTo verify and validate the engine and powertrain at dyno and vehicle according to MB standards\n\nTo monitor the development plan and grant RD release according to project timeline\n\nTo lead engine and powertrain lifetime NVH related change, issue resolution, optimization, costdown, new variant development according to MB standards.\n\nQualifikationen\n Qualifications:\nBachelor or Master degree in Automotive, Mechanical or Acoustics/Vibration Engineering\n\nMore than 5 years in powertrain development or NVH engineering experience in ICE/e-motor/drivetrain\n\nStrong knowledge of:\n\nNVH fundamentals (noise, vibration, model behavior)\n\nPowertrain systems (ICE, hybrid, BEV)\n\nNVH system thinking (vehicle → system → component)\n\nCross-functional integration capability\n\nExperience with tools such as: LMS / Test.Lab / HEAD acoustics and CAE tools (e.g. ANSYS, HyperWorks, AMESim)\n\nStrong problem-solving capability and technical ownership & accountability\n\nStructured and analytical thinking\n\nCross-cultural communication skills\n\nSelf-driven and accountable\n\nAbility to drive the critical issue resolution under pressure\n\nGood English skills, both oral and in writing\n\nGerman language skills
