activities with suppliers, production, quality, logistics, IT, and engineering stakeholders.\n· Lead industrialization and production launch activities for diagnostic and commissioning equipment.\n· Drive process optimization, equipment performance, production efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.\n· Preparing and presenting status of planning activities to various stakeholders.\n Qualifikationen\n What We Are Looking For\n· Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.\n· Experience in production planning, industrial engineering, manufacturing development, equipment implementation.\n· Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.\n· Ability to manage stakeholders and work effectively in international teams.\n· Availability for occasional international travel.\n· Fluent Polish and English.\nNice to Have\n· Experience preparing technical specifications and supplier requirements.\n· Knowledge of manufacturing technologies, automation systems, production equipment, or testing technologies.\n· German language skills.\nYour Impact\nYou will be responsible for planning, specifying, installing, commissioning, and launching into series production the diagnostic and vehicle commissioning equipment that enables Mercedes-Benz Vans manufacturing operations
