production testing processes.\n· Create automated diagnostic and testing solutions.\n· Analyze and resolve software, communication, and testing-related issues during vehicle production.\n· Work closely with Production, Development, Quality, and IT teams to introduce new technologies into series production.\n· Drive continuous improvement of vehicle diagnostics, flashing, and testing processes.\n· Preparing and presenting status of planning activities to various stakeholders.\n Qualifikationen\n What We Are Looking For\n· Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.\n· Experience in software development, diagnostics, testing systems, industrial IT, automation, or automotive engineering.\n· General programming skills (e.g. Python, C#, Java, JavaScript, SQL, or similar programming languages).\n· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n· Interest in vehicle electronics, software, diagnostics, and modern technologies.\n· Availability for occasional international business travel.\n· Fluent Polish and English.\nNice to Have\n· Knowledge of CAN, Ethernet, UDS, or DoIP communication protocols.\n· Experience with vehicle diagnostics, flashing, commissioning, or automated testing solutions.\n· German language skills.\nYour Impact\nYou will help define how future
