We are now looking for highly-motivated employees, who would like to shape the future of mobility together with us!\nFailure Analysis Process Engineer\nJoin our newly established Prevention, Failure Analysis & QM-System Team in the Quality Department.\nOur team is responsible for analyzing and correcting failures in series production, quality approvals, and all topics related to the Quality System. We support these topics from analysis and development of corrective actions to effectiveness monitoring and lessons learned.\nIn addition, we lead and manage the plant quality review committees, and synchronize these topics across departments and other plants worldwide.\nTask:\nIndependently conduct complex analyses on product and process issues, initiate corrective actions and manage them through to implementation, effectiveness monitoring, and documenting lessons learned\n\nCoordinate error handling and ensure the flow of information with other departments, from production and engineering to development, as well as across plants (worldwide).
