operate highly available PostgreSQL & MySQL clusters.\nManage Kong API Gateway and optimize Kubernetes infrastructure.\nOperate and enhance monitoring (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki) and ensure security compliance.\nManage Kafka clusters, perform capacity planning, and participate in incident response.\nMentor junior engineers and deploy new open-source platforms end-to-end.\nQualifikationen\n Required Skills & Experience:\n8+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering.\n\nExpert-level Kubernetes (deployments, StatefulSets, RBAC, CRDs) and Docker.\nExtensive experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL (HA, replication) and Helm chart development.\nProficiency with ArgoCD, Prometheus + Grafana (PromQL), and Apache Kafka.\nStrong Linux administration, scripting (Bash, Python, Go), and CI/CD (GitHub Actions).\nExperience with HashiCorp Vault and Traefik ingress
