LeadershipDefine and execute MBRDI's Digital Workplace roadmap.\nDrive workplace modernization initiatives across endpoints, collaboration services, and employee productivity platforms.\nContinuously improve employee experience and workplace satisfaction.\nEnable a seamless, secure, and AI-powered digital workplace environment. \nEnd User Computing & Workplace ServicesOwn workplace technologies including:Windows/macOS endpoints\nVirtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)\nMobile Device Management\nMicrosoft 365 ecosystem\nMeeting room technologies\nCollaboration platforms\nPrinting and workplace peripherals\n\nEnsure lifecycle management of workplace devices and assets.\nDrive workplace standardization and simplification.\nEmployee Experience & DEXEstablish and manage Digital Employee Experience (DEX) programs.\nLeverage monitoring tools such as Nexthink to proactively identify user issues and improve productivity.\nAnalyze employee feedback and satisfaction metrics.\nLead
