Act as ZCU Software domain Architect & Technical Lead:\nDefine, document and govern the ZCU software architecture (layered architecture, service decomposition, middleware, OS) for the zone control unit platform\nMake and steer key technical decisions across AUTOSAR AP / hypervisor and vehicle communication (CAN/CAN-FD, Ethernet, SOME/IP, SOA)\nConduct architecture reviews, trade-off analysis and technical evaluations; ensure architecture conformance and quality\n2. Steer the technical direction of the engineering team in a matrix setup & lead for implementation:\nIdentify, escalate and resolve architectural risks, dependencies and technical blockers to secure SW delivery\n3. Cross-domain & supplier collaboration:\nAlign ZCU architecture with vehicle E/E architecture, cyber security and functional safety teams\nSupport surrounding development processes and architecture governance to cover the complete lifecycle of continuous implementation, integration and testing\n Qualifikationen\n QualificationsEducation\nBachelor or above in computer science, electrical engineering, automotive engineering, or a related field.\nExperience\n8+ years of experience in embedded software development, with 3+ years as software domain architect or technical lead for automotive domain controller / zone controller products.\nSolid experience in E/E architecture and zone-oriented vehicle network design; deep understanding of ZCU/zone controller software platform and solution.\nProven track record of defining and governing software architecture across a heterogeneous tech stack.\nDeep knowledge of automotive operating systems and platforms: AUTOSAR Classic/Adaptive, hypervisor and virtualization.\nStrong understanding of vehicle communication protocols: CAN/CAN-FD, Automotive Ethernet, SOA, SOME/IP, LIN, and middleware/service frameworks.\nFamiliar with automotive software processes and methods, e.g. ASPICE, Agile/Scrum; understanding of functional safety (ISO 26262) and cyber security (ISO 21434) is a plus.\nExperience in SW supplier technical management: architecture evaluation, solution alignment, planning, progress and risk management.\nExperience with model-based and architecture description tools (e.g. Enterprise Architect, PREEvision, UML/SysML).\nStrong analytical and decision-making skills;
