These opportunities in our Human Health Division can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals.\nThe International Pricing Analytics Intern will partner with the International Pricing team to design and implement a data-driven framework that quantifies, tracks, and communicates the value created by International Pricing in shaping global pricing decisions. The intern will develop methodologies, dashboards, and business metrics that demonstrate how pricing recommendations influence revenue, access, launch sequencing, pricing risk mitigation, and overall portfolio performance.\nThis role combines strategic business analysis, pricing analytics, process mapping, and data visualization. The intern will work cross-functionally with Pricing, Market Access, Finance, Commercial, and Regional teams to establish a sustainable system for measuring the impact of International Pricing activities across the product lifecycle.\nKey Responsibilities\nValue Measurement Framework Development\nDesign a methodology to quantify the value generated through International Pricing recommendations and interventions.\nDevelop key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure\nRevenue preservation from pricing strategy decisions\nValue generated through PAR recommendations\nInternational Reference Pricing (IRP) risk mitigation\nLaunch sequencing optimization\nPricing strategy adoption rates\nAccess and reimbursement outcomes influenced by pricing guidance\nCreate a repeatable process for measuring realized versus projected impact.\nAnalytics & Data Management\nCollect and consolidate data from pricing systems, PAR records, forecasts, market submissions, and business cases.\nDevelop analytical models to estimate financial and strategic value created by pricing decisions.\nBuild dashboards and reports that visualize pricing impact at product, market, regional, and portfolio levels. \nIdentify trends and drivers influencing pricing outcomes.\nProcess Mapping & Improvement\nMap current International Pricing workflows and decision points.\nIdentify opportunities to automate data collection and reporting activities.\nRecommend enhancements to improve transparency, consistency, and efficiency in measuring team contributions.\nDocument processes and create user guides for future maintenance of the system.\nStakeholder Engagement\nConduct interviews with International Pricing team members and key stakeholders to understand decision-making processes.\nGather business requirements and align stakeholders on success metrics.\nPresent findings, recommendations, and prototypes to leadership.\nTranslate complex pricing concepts into clear business insights.\nFinal Deliverable\nBy the conclusion of the internship, the candidate will deliver:\nA documented International Pricing Value Framework\nA KPI dashboard and reporting tool\nA methodology for estimating financial and strategic value creation\nRecommendations for ongoing tracking and governance\nExecutive-level presentation summarizing findings and impact\nPreferred Project Outcomes\nThe intern will help answer questions such as:\nHow much value has International Pricing created through PAR recommendations?\nWhat revenue has been protected through IRP risk mitigation?\nHow often do pricing recommendations influence final decisions?\nWhich pricing interventions have the greatest business impact?\nWhat metrics best demonstrate the strategic contribution of International Pricing?\nHow can value creation be consistently tracked over time?\nSuccess Metrics\nA successful intern will:\nDevelop a measurable framework accepted by International Pricing leadership.\nCreate a sustainable dashboard that can be maintained after the internship.\nQuantify historical and prospective value generated by pricing activities.\nIdentify actionable opportunities to improve visibility into pricing decision impact.\nDeliver recommendations that support strategic business decision-making.\nRequired Qualifications\nPursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in: Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Data Science, Health Economics, Market Access, Public Health, Industrial Engineering or related field\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExperience with Excel and data analysis.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and work independently.\nPreferred\nExperience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or R.\nInterest in pharmaceutical pricing, market access, health economics, or healthcare strategy.\nFamiliarity with KPI development and business process improvement.\nExperience creating dashboards and executive presentations.\nPlease note that this position may be closed before the posted end date or may remain open longer, at the discretion of the company.\nSalary range:\nThe salary range for this role is $39,908 - $111,111 USD.\nFTP2027\nHH2027\nRequired Skills:\nPreferred Skills:\nCurrent Employees apply HERE\nCurrent Contingent Workers apply HERE\nUS and Puerto Rico Residents Only:\nOur company is committed to inclusion, ensuring that candidates can engage in a hiring process that exhibits their true capabilities.
