The role coordinates FP&A and controllership deliverables across multiple teams and regions, providing financial analysis and insights to support effective business decision-making.\nMonthly Actuals:\nCoordinate the consolidation, analysis and reporting of total GMTS organizational spend across Atlas and non-Atlas entities, providing meaningful management reporting and variance analysis.\nPrepare monthly financial insights and key business drivers to support GMTS leadership reporting.\nSupport monthly close activities, partnering across the team to ensure accurate and timely reporting.\nCoordinate controllership activities for GMTS non-Atlas entities, including financial reporting, validation and resolution of accounting issues.\nPartner with local finance teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting for non-Atlas entities.\nSupport compliance with internal controls and financial policies for non-Atlas entities, including monitoring and resolution of open audit items.\n\nForecast and Budgeting cycles:\nCoordinate planning and forecasting activities across the GMTS organization.\nManage planning calendars, templates, system submissions and key deliverables.\nCoordinate forecast submissions across teams, ensuring completeness, consistency and clarity.\nConsolidate forecast materials and perform variance, trend and driver analysis, highlighting key risks and opportunities.\nPrepare financial analyses, presentations and key messages to support leadership reviews and decision-making.\nRecommend and implement improvements to forecasting processes and planning tools.\n Tools, systems and advanced business analytics:\nPartner with Animal Health COE Finance and other stakeholders to support accurate financial reporting and analysis.\nDevelop and enhance reporting and analytics to improve financial insights and business decision-making.\nIdentify opportunities to streamline processes, improve reporting capabilities and increase team efficiencies through available systems and digital tools.\nParticipate in special projects and cross-functional finance initiatives as needed.\nMinimum/Preferred Education:\nMinimum B.A./B.S.
