And together, we must leverage the strength of our team to collaborate globally to optimize connections and share best practices across the Tech Centers.\nAutomation QA Engineer\nWe are seeking an experienced Automation QA Engineer with 10+ years of expertise in designing, scaling, and maintaining test automation solutions using Robot Framework, Selenium, and Python across enterprise platforms such as Veeva CRM, Salesforce CRM, and related cloud applications. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in end-to-end automation, CI/CD integration, defect governance, and XRAY-based test management, with a focus on reusable frameworks, reliable execution, and continuous quality improvement. They should also demonstrate AI literacy by leveraging tools such as GitHub Copilot, Gemini, and others to accelerate test design, scripting, analysis, and documentation, while staying informed on emerging agentic AI practices that can enhance automation effectiveness.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks and solutions utilizing Robot Framework, Selenium, Python, and related technologies.\nDefine automation strategy, scope, coverage, standards, quality gates, and implementation roadmaps for enterprise applications.\nAutomate functional, regression, integration, API, mobile, System Integration Testing (SIT), and End-to-End test scenarios across Veeva Vault CRM, Salesforce CRM, and associated systems.\nCreate reusable automation components, libraries, utilities, and test data solutions to enhance maintainability and execution efficiency.\nIntegrate automated test suites with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to enable scheduled, on-demand, and release-based execution.\nDrive test design, execution, traceability, and reporting through JIRA XRAY, ensuring linkage between requirements, automated tests, defects, and releases.\nAnalyze automation results, investigate failures, identify root causes, and collaborate with delivery teams to support timely defect resolution.\nManage the end-to-end defect lifecycle, including logging, triage, prioritization, retesting, risk assessment, and closure governance.\nCollaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Architects, DevOps, and QA teams to embed automation throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).\nEstablish automation coding standards, review practices, version control processes, and framework governance to ensure solution quality.\nMonitor and report automation Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), execution results, coverage, defect trends, risks, and quality status to project and leadership stakeholders.\nLeverage GitHub Copilot, Gemini, and others to accelerate test design, script development, debugging, defect analysis, documentation, and reporting.\nEvaluate emerging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and agentic AI concepts that can improve automation maintainability, exploratory testing, and quality insights.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce manual regression effort, increase coverage, and strengthen release confidence.\nMentor QA engineers on automation practices, framework usage, code quality, and AI-enabled testing approaches.\nPartner with vendor and offshore teams to ensure adherence to automation standards, testing practices, and quality commitments.\nEnsure compliance with organizational QA processes, documentation standards, audit requirements, and secure development practices.\nQualifications\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.\nA minimum of 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Test Automation, or Software Testing for enterprise applications.\nExtensive hands-on experience with Robot Framework, Selenium, and Python.\nExperience in designing and maintaining reusable automation frameworks, libraries, and test suites.\nSignificant experience with enterprise platforms such as Veeva CRM, Salesforce CRM, Veeva Vault CRM, or equivalent cloud applications.\nProficiency with JIRA XRAY, test management, defect governance, execution traceability, and quality reporting.\nExperience in integrating automated tests with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools.\nKnowledge of API testing, data validation, integration testing, and End-to-End automation.\nProficiency in AI literacy through the use of tools such as GitHub Copilot, Gemini, and similar technologies.\nStrong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, SDLC, and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) methodologies.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.\nPreferred\nExperience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or other regulated industries.\nExperience supporting large-scale CRM implementations, transformation programs, and multi-market deployments.\nKnowledge of cloud-based test execution, parallel execution, containerization, and automation reporting solutions.\nExperience with API automation tools and libraries, database validation using SQL/SOQL, and service virtualization.\nExposure to performance, accessibility, mobile, or cross-browser automation.\nExperience applying AI-enabled quality engineering practices and agentic AI concepts to automation and exploratory testing.\nFamiliarity with DevOps practices, Git-based workflows, code review, and continuous quality engineering.\nRequired
