This role focuses on improving reporting efficiency, automating processes and delivering high-impact insights to support commercial decision-making.\nWorking as a valued business partner, you will collaborate with finance and commercial teams across ANZ to identify reporting needs, build dynamic dashboards and streamline recurring reporting cycles through modern tools and AI-enabled workflows.\nWhat You Will Do\nResponsibilities include, however not limited to:\nReporting, Automation and Process Improvement\nIdentify repetitive reporting tasks across AU and NZ and automate extraction, transformation and distribution\nStreamline month-end close, forecast packages and variance analysis\nReduce reporting preparation cycle times and improve efficiency\nModernise FP&A reporting processes using available technologies and AI-driven workflows\nDashboarding and Analytics\nDesign, build and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards for commercial leaders\nDevelop standardised KPI scorecards covering sales, gross-to-net, OPEX and margin analysis\nEnsure seamless data refreshes and strong data integrity across models\nDeliver insightful analytics and reporting that support planning, performance evaluation and decision-making\nAI and Technology Integration\nUse generative AI tools and structured prompt engineering to draft commentary, analyse variances and summarise trends\nImplement automation tools to connect disparate financial data sources\nSupport the introduction of modern finance technologies to improve reporting quality and speed\nCommercial Business Partnering\nPartner with commercial and cross-functional stakeholders across Australia and New Zealand to understand reporting requirements\nTranslate complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations\nBuild strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior management, to meet deadlines and financial requirements\nSupport any other tasks, projects or activities required by the Finance Lead\nWhat You Must have\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics or a related field\nCPA, CA, CIMA or equivalent qualification is a plus\nPrior solid experience in FP&A, financial reporting, business analytics or finance transformation\nAdvanced Power BI skills, including DAX and Power Query\nExperience with Power Automate, SQL, VBA and SAP\nPractical experience using enterprise AI tools for finance workflows and analysis\nStrong analytical skills and ability to think beyond the numbers\nExcellent planning, organisation and prioritisation skills\nStrong stakeholder influence and communication skills\nAbility to build effective relationships and work across senior stakeholders\nExperience in pharmaceutical or Animal Health industry preferred but not essential\nWhat You Can Expect\nWork autonomously whilst being supported, encouraged and being part of a trusted Global Leading Animal Health organisation\nThe opportunity to help modernise finance reporting across a major regional business\nA collaborative team environment with strong business partnering exposure\nSupport to grow your technical, analytical and commercial skillset\nThe chance to work with modern tools, automation and AI-driven finance processes\nLocation is Macquarie Park (Sydney).
