In this dynamic role, you will lead device assembly and packaging projects from concept to execution, helping bring new products and technologies to our site. Reporting to the Associate Director of Technical Operations, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce new equipment, solve complex technical challenges and implement improvements that strengthen process robustness, efficiency and operational excellence.\nTasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to\nLead or support design, development and implementation of device assembly and packaging equipment solutions for pharmaceutical products in collaboration with cross functional teams, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget. \nParticipate in technology transfer and validation of packaging and device assembly processes and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards. \nConduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new device assembly and packaging technologies. \nProvide technical oversight for the implementation of device assembly and packaging processes and equipment. \nEngage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance device assembly and packaging process robustness and provide technical support for device assembly and packaging operations. \nDevelop and maintain project documentation, including specifications, timelines and budgets. \nYour profile\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or a related field. \nMinimum of 2 years of experience in packaging engineering, medical device combination product or related roles, preferably in Technical Operations in Pharmaceutical or Medical Device sectors. \nStrong knowledge of device assembly and packaging equipment, processes and technologies and problem solving. \nDemonstrated capability in project management and risk assessment/mitigations. \nStrong communication skills in Dutch and English. \nExperience in cross functional and international team environments. \nJoin us in contributing to our organization's goal of being a reliable and competitive packaging and device assembly launch site.\nWhat we offer\nWorking at our organization means collaborating to improve health in an international environment alongside dedicated colleagues.\nYou will have every opportunity to develop yourself and show who you are.
